Learning & Development Specialists

Loxton Consulting Group has been established for nearly 25 years and based in Singapore since 2008.

We provide World Class development services, designed to unleash the potential of your greatest asset – your people. Enabling them to perform to their potential, and to make a massive contribution to your business.

We've had the privilege of working with over 85 clients in more than 25 countries.

You could say we are specialists in what we do.

What We Do

We listen, design the appropriate development initiative and then deliver it. We can also follow up, after the initiative, to provide support and evaluate results, if you want us to do that.

Our services typically fall into the following areas:

  • Training Programmes, including our World famous Lunch & Learns.
  • Executive Coaching for your senior people and high potentials.
  • Workshops to get things sorted, like "Strategic Planning" and "Get This Project Out Of The Mess It Is In" sessions.
  • Team Development for all types and levels of teams.
  • 360 Degree Feedback & Psychometric Profiling.
  • Assessment & Development Centres.
  • "Consulting" to support organisational growth - we have ENORMOUS Organisational Development experience. So, we work with / manage / review the progress of Project Teams and also help introduce innovations and get things that will make a difference changed for the better.

A lot of what we do is tailored stuff, because every company is different. For example, a client is trying to achieve "X", they contact us, we listen and then suggest how we can help by getting their people upskilled / focused / motivated / confident / whatever. Once we've agreed exactly what is going to hit the spot, we design, develop and deliver (and follow up, if required).

If you need Lunch & Learns, Training Courses or Coaching, you're in the right place - we are specialists.

And, if you need other Learning & Development or Organisational Development services -  you're also in the right place - we are specialists.

Partnership Approach

We provide a true partnership approach. Investing time in getting to know your organisation so that we can add value and make a real difference.

It's all about working with you to identify and address clearly defined development objectives and achieve the lasting results you require.
