A senior Talent Development Specialist. Extensive experience in driving people and organisational development initiatives throughout Asia Pacific.
Areas of specialism include, development of future leaders, executive coaching, team development and management and communication skills programmes.
Arnold’s corporate experience includes senior people and organisational roles with Fuji Xerox, DBS and Standard Chartered Bank.
A riter on people development issues, he is also an accomplished Conference Speaker.
MBA, University of South Australia, BBA with Distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
Eliza is a highly experienced Trainer, Facilitator, Speaker and Coach who works with leaders and multi-cultural groups of all levels.
She focuses on designing and introducing practical and engaging development and change initiatives to support the achievement of professional and business goals.
Specialisms include management development, strategic planning, managing complexities and change, creating and sustaining competitive advantage, risk management, scenario creation and crisis management.
Her extensive corporate experience includes senior management roles in Singapore Straits Holdings and Esso.
BA in Sociology & Philosophy. MA in Manpower Studies from Birkbeck University USA.
A results oriented and highly experienced Trainer, Coach, Speaker and Organisational Development Consultant with extensive international and cross sector experience.
Paul has worked with organisations and multi-cultural groups throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the US.
His corporate experience includes Director level Operations, Customer Service and HR / Organisational Development roles, latterly with Citi.
Paul specialises in improving individual, team and business performance.
Key focus areas include: communication, innovation, leadership, sales, strategic planning, team and personal effectiveness.
BA Economics. Studied HR & OD at Henley Business School.
Amanda is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an experienced behavioural change Consultant, Coach, Trainer and Conference Speaker.
She specialises in the application of Psychometric Instruments to support selection, promotion and individual and team development. She also is highly experienced in Assessment and Development Centre design and management for these purposes.
Her corporate experience includes internal consultancy roles in relation to introducing behavioural change and senior HR positions in Citi.
Amanda regularly speaks at Conferences on Psychometric Assessment and its application in recruitment and development and on management development matters.

Tan Swee Heng
A highly experienced Trainer and Coach, Swee Heng works with leaders and teams of all levels throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
He speaks fluent Mandarin and focuses upon raising the leadership and talent quality of organisations and increasing effective interactions between people through self-awareness and pro-active style adjustment.
Swee Heng has 30 years senior leadership experience gained within both the public and private sectors.
He was HR Director For Reed Business in Asia Pacific, Head Of HR for Deloitte Singapore and has held key leadership roles in the Singapore military.
MBA in International Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT). Management Graduate, Murdoch University – awarded the University Medal for his stellar achievements.
A highly experienced Trainer, Coach, Speaker and Consultant specialising in customer service, leadership, team development and culture change.
Sarah has extensive experience working with organisations to develop their leadership capability, service delivery and effectiveness.
She works with groups of all levels, including Board, and acts an an Executive Coach for senior managers and senior management teams.
Sarah regularly speaks at conferences on leadership, team development and customer service and is a successful author of many best selling business books on these topics.
During her corporate career she held numerous Senior Leadership roles, including that of European Marketing Director for Unilever.
MBA, Degree in Psychology from Cambridge University.
Brian specialises in assisting organisations and individuals in working effectively across different cultures. Recognised as an expert in his field he is an accomplished Inter-Cultural Trainer, Coach and Speaker.
His experience includes global leadership and teamwork, managing culturally diverse partnerships, inter-cultural negotiations, leading virtual multi national teams, resolving conflicts across cultures, multi-cultural customer service and international transition dynamics.
He has lived, worked and managed numerous projects throughout the APAC Region, including in India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam.
Brian’s corporate experience includes Director level roles with Berlitz International in the USA and Singapore. He has a BBA from Pace University, New York.

Loxton Consulting Group support Make-A-Wish Foundation® Singapore, the wonderful charity that helps grant the wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions.
During 2019 Team Loxton will, as in previous years, be raising funds for Make-A-Wish Foundation® by participating in various sporting events, including Marathons and Triathlons. This picture was taken at the StanChart Singapore Marathon, run by Paul Loxton, last December, his 10th year running this event.
